Maison Meunier at Seguinet is part of a very special enclave of three beautiful holiday homes. This pretty cottage has been lovingly restored to retain the character of this ancient building.

Enjoy true 'French' character with exposed beams & stonework alongside all the modern conveniences that make this special home from home the perfect base for your holiday in this beautiful region of France.

Set in over 17 acres of landscaped grounds the cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy privacy while making the most of the views over the orchard, the valley beyond and Seguinet's private boating/fishing lake.

Even as you approach this picture perfect cottage you will feel the peace of the surroundings. Entering the house, the main living room is bright and airy – incorporating the kitchen, living and dining areas into one room – perfect for modern living. The cottage is all on one level, making it a great choice for little children or visitors with limited mobility.

The living and dining areas are comfortably furnished with deep leather sofas, flat screen TV (UK TV) & DVD player, smart dining table & fabulous original fireplace with log burning stove (and plentiful supply of our own logs) meaning that Maison Meunier is more than just a summer holiday home – it's a perfect home from home all year round!

There's a great selection of books & games as well as guide books for the region – a helping hand to make sure you get the most out of your holiday from day one!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and hob, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and iron.

The stylish master bedroom is bright and airy, with windows overlooking the beautiful gardens. Furnished with a super comfy king bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, there's plenty of storage and room to relax.

Easily accessible from both bedrooms is the modern shower room.

The pretty second bedroom has a lovely outlook and is set up with three full single beds – perfect for children or three adults sharing. With wardrobe & chest of drawers there's plenty of storage for all.

Step outside and the covered veranda runs around two sides of the cottage creating a really lovely space to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Enjoy outdoor dining under the shady pergola , complete with barbecue to make this your perfect spot for summer dining!

Beyond the veranda and just a step away is the 7m by 3 m heated swimming pool. At 1.2m deep it's a great depth for swimming or just dipping. A perfect spot for all the family to cool off and enjoy some watery fun!

Surrounded by decking with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture , this is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views whatever time of day. A second pergola on the decking also provides ample shade to relax by the pool.

Why can't I call Tas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Tas (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tas (the owner) a message.

If Tas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
