Breton Gites is a small family run complex of three 17th century traditional Breton stone houses located in Central Brittany, France, in large private grounds. In this tranquil rural location, only 10 minutes drive from the stunning Lac de Guerledan, we offer you a luxury holiday on your terms.

Available for holiday rental all year - with weekend/mid-week breaks available October to May. Prices include all services and linen. Excellent facilities nearby for a wide variety of activities and sports, including water-sports, fishing, cycling and walking.

Néflier Cottage is a spacious 1 bedroom cottage, full of charm and character, but with modern conveniences. The front opens onto the main courtyard and to the rear is a private garden and terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for dining or drinks.

The spacious yet cosy Lounge/Dining room retains the original open beams in the ceiling, and has a feature stone wall with gas fire for instant warmth. Doors lead to the courtyard, private garden and terrace area. Beyond the garden is parking and large communal grounds - the gîtes are set in nearly 5 acres of private grounds.

There is also a TV - Uk Freesat and English, French, Dutch & German TV; and DVD player with a selection of DVDs provided. There is also a range of books and board games.

Outside the cottage has a large private enclosed rear garden with patio, with garden furniture, BBQ. Your own private Hot tub is available May - September for additional charge of £25 per day (£125 for the week). Please specify at time of booking. Beyond your garden lies the large communal grounds, with childrens play area, shared 32000Litre swimming pool (heated July-August), lawns and private car park.

The bedroom is 5m x 7m, and has a king size bed and single bed, providing ample room for a young family, or a luxurious hideaway for a couple. Additional cot available if required.

Nous vous remercions de votre avis et nous sommes heureux que vous avez apprécié votre séjour et le bain à remous et une piscine chauffée. Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous donner vos commentaires - nous sommes toujours à l'écoute de nos clients et nous répondons à leurs commentaires. Le gîte est bien équipé avec télévision à écran plat, TV anglais et DVD, ainsi que illimitée wi-fi. Nous avons une boîte de reciver TV frech, mais depuis le passage à la télévision numérique, français de télévision est difficile d'obtenir un bon signal et en dépit de passer quelque temps à essayer d'amplifier le signal, le signal ne suffit pas que nous allons installer la télévision par satellite forte français pour 2017 en plus de la télévision anglaise pour assurer nos clients francophones peuvent regarder la télévision aussi. En ce qui concerne les plages, il est intéressant de noter que tout en étant à environ 40 minutes des plages de la côte nord, nous sommes une dizaine de minutes d'une belle plage de sable sur le 400 hectares du lac de Guerlédan. Lac de Guerlédan a un certain nombre de plages de sable qui sont grands pour la baignade et les bains de soleil. Le lac est beaucoup plus chaude que la mer et idéale pour la baignade en eau douce. Il y a aussi des promenades (séparée des plages) qui permettent les promeneurs de chiens vers le bord de l'eau afin que les chiens peuvent profiter d'une baignade aussi! Bien qu'il existe des cartes sur la façon d'accéder aux plages dans le gîte, nous allons ajouter plus de détails à ce sujet dans notre dossier d'information gîte. Encore une fois, nous sommes vraiment heureux que vous ayez trouvé le temps ici paisible et très bon pour vous et votre chien.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
