Charming house in central Rye close to the medieval Landgate.

Once a cinema and former shop the property has been restored into a stylish spacious interior. Unique with two large living areas, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. 5 minutes walk to everything!

The ground floor is open plan, kitchen, dining and living. Also downstairs is shower room with toilet, separate cloakroom . Double sofa bed if required. Well equipped kitchen and stocked store cupboard of condiments. TV/DVD, fast internet, streaming services Netflix etc.

Upstairs there is two bedrooms, one double and a twin with single beds. Another large living area with sofa bed. A romantic bathroom with roll top bath and toilet. Wooden floors and shagpile carpets. TV’s in every room ! Bedlinen, towels and bathtime bits provided.

There is outside on road parking , easy access and loading. Late night supermarket and petrol just around corner.

Brilliantly situated in Rye near all places of historic interest, and the cycle path to Camber Sands ( the best sandy beach on south coast)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tara (the owner) a message.

If Tara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
