Set in a gorgeous setting overlooking lake Bracciano La Maison de Sophie is a recently renovated Maison de Charme located in the pictoresque town of Trevignano Romano just 40 minutes north of Rome.

The Maison is in an ideal setting , just minutes away from the town centre and beaches , (400m), but in a quiet relaxed residential area with breathtaking views.

La Maison is tastefully decorated and has a cozy comfortable atmosphere of a real home.

Living room, Open kitchen, sofabeds, large bedroom , bathroom, laundry room, and a lovely terrace where you will enjoy lazy breakfasts and dine in a romantic setting while watching the sunset and enjoy the most beautiful views in Trevigano Romano.

La Maison offers all the amenities of a real home, fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens, all kitchen appliances and utensils, coffee and tea selections , fully equipped laundry room.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility, while being close enough to Rome for daily visits and staying away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome and discovering the Lazio region with nearby medieval towns , then the La Maison de Sophie is the place to be.

Trevignano itself is a real gem, lying on the shores of Lake Bracciano , the town has much to offer ,.

A lakeside tree lined promenade full of restaurants pub,, bars, ice cream parlours, and trendy shops , the old town with its cobblestone streets and town hall , with a famous Etruscan Museum and a beautiful 1400 church overlooking the lake, an old fortress from the Orsini's family lies over the town and can be reached with a short walk.

All types of water sports are available , windsurf, canoeing, waterfun for kids, kayak, and beachfront bars and restaurants can make your day at the lake fun and relaxing.

There is a lovely Golf Course in nearby Sutri "LE QUERCE" and hotsprings in Viterbo The Old Papal Town and Manziana all within 45min drive.

Many have chosen Trevignano as there vacation spot for the perfect location near Rome among nature in the Region's naturalistic Park of Bracciano e Marlignano.

We think it is a perfect spot for relaxing and / or celebrating beautiful events like honeymoons or anniversarys or any special event .
We allow room also for your friendly pets ,
The condominuim has just basic rules for no noises or parties between certain hours which must be respected: 2-4 pm and after 11 pm
We respect our neighbors and their privacy .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eve (the owner) a message.

If Eve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
