This luxury 3rd floor apartment is situated in a very quiet and charming residential area, with the thriving town of Fuengirola only minutes away. It is a large high quality (98.6m) apartment situated in the picturesque village of Los Pacos, which is between Fuengirola and Benalmadena - and has easy access to both. The apartment is furnished, equipped and maintained to the highest standard.This is a small, very attractive, secure complex with a lift. The apartment has: 3 bedrooms, a large furnished kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and a good size living area. The terrace is accessible from the living area via patio doors and overlooks the pool. There is also a private, secure underground parking space for the apartment available for an extra charge - a real bonus in a popular area. Located at the foot of the Fuengirola hills, the apartment has views to the sea and mountains (inc. Mijas). There are bars, restaurants and shops literally seconds away. The terrace is a good size (20 sqm) and is partly shaded to avoid the hot summer sun. You can walk to the beach down through the village and it takes about a 10 minutes. Alternatively you can catch the bus right outside the apartment building. This travels down into Los Boliches and the seafront and on through the centre of Fuengirola (via the bus station where you can catch a bus to Mijas), to the large new shopping complex (Miramar Park), near the Castillo - the cost is just 1.15 Euro. The beach has beautiful white sand and is very safe and family- friendly. It is a lovely walk along the Paseo Maritmo (promenade) into Fuengirola one way, or through Torreblanca, to Carvajal the other. It is situated approximately 20 mins by car from the airport (taxis €45) or 30 mins by the coastal train service across the road from the airport (adults €2.70). The complex has a quiet, good sized swimming pool, which receives sun all day. Close by there are a number of cafes where you can check emails and surf the internet. Marbella and Puerto Banus about 15mins on the motorway. Gibraltar can now be accessed in less than 1 hour and Los Boliches, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Arroyo de la Miel, Torreblanca, Carvajal and Mijas in minutes, by car bus or train. There are many golf courses up and down the coast and for non-golfers there are many other things to keep you entertained including: water sports, fishing, scuba diving, aqua parks (Torremolinos and Mijas), horse riding, tennis, horse racing, zoo, Tivoli world theme park for children, Selwo wildlife park, Selwo dolphinarium and a big shopping mall with a multi cinema with the latest films shown in English. The newly opened Fuengirola racket club is round the corner from the apartment and courts can be booked by holiday makers. They also have a small restaurant and bar offering menu of the day. There is also a small newly opened park for children of 3-10yrs just 100m away.

How do damage deposits work?
