Xenos villa 1 is modern luxury villa build in 2012 near the organized beach (600 meters away) of Tigaki , in kos island Greece. Built in 2000 sq.m of land in an area made of exclusive private villas, is an ideal family or group rental.Located 10 Km from KOS airport , 1 Km from Zipari village and 500 meters from a large number of fine restaurants , bars and shops, at the very popular destination village of Tigaki. The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a lay out that stretches over 3 floors and a 180 sq m, allowing plenty of personal space for its residents.The ground floor has a double room with a king size bed and a gym room with a complete gym set up and an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 children.

Gym contains a hydro massage and steam bath cabin, a separate bathroom (sink and w.c.) and a laundry room..The first floor consists of three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms have a direct ocean view and the third a mountain view.The second floor consists of a living room, dinning area and open kitchen.Both living room and kitchen provide access to ample outdoor setting and dinning area,located on two verandas both wit a alluring sea view.Private 1500sq m of garden with swimming pool (9.5 X 5 meters) and children play ground .May 2014 Xenos Villa was awarded by Trip Advisor with the Certificate of Excellence 2014 !!!Trip Advisor is delighted to award your property with a 2014 Certificate of Excellence.
