Bonita y discreta casa adosada de dos plantas, en conjunto residencial con vistas panorámicas a la montaña y el mar. Playas a 15 minutos a pie. Zona muy tranquila. En la zona no hay discotecas ni bares. No hay ruido. Ubicada en el interior de la población. Piscina comunitaria grande y una pequeña para niños. Jardín privado en la casa, con Barbacoa privada. Parking privado cerrado con valla en el patio interior de la casa. Con acceso directo al jardín comunitario de las piscinas con visibilidad desde la casa. Aire acondicionado por conducción en las habitaciones. Ventilador en el techo de la terraza y en el comedor. Hay 3 habitaciones en la parte superior. Una habitación de matrimonio con cama de matrimonio de 150 cm. Otra habitación con dos camas individuales. Una habitación con una litera con un colchón extra por si quieren estar tres niños en la misma habitación. Ideal 6 adultos y tres niños, pero pueden haber 8 adultos. En el Salón-comedor hay un Sofá-cama modelo Italiano de 150 cm. Una silla para niño- Bebé. Cuarto de Baño completo en planta superior. Desde las habitaciones salida directa a Terraza-Solarium con vistas a la piscina. En la planta baja está la Cocina independiente. Con todos los utensilios, y un de baño con ducha. Televisión LG-42”, conectado a 2 Satélites ( Astra+hotbird). Tiene una terraza cubierta para comer en el exterior de la casa. En la cocina hay una placa Vitrocerámica con horno eléctrico, Lavadora nueva LG. La Nevera-congelador LG nueva. Lavavajillas Linx, Microondas, Tostadora. Exprimidora. Cafetera de capsulas Nexpresso. Con todos los utensilios de cocina completos y cantidad mayor que la necesaria. En la calle hay abundante espacio para aparcar. La población de Miami Platja no hay parquímetros de pago. Es gratuito siempre en toda la población. A 250 metros el Supermercado y Pizzería. Rotisería, etc.

Why can't I call Carlos (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
