This lovely 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms holiday apartment has garden/ pool view from its large balcony. The villa has a large swimming pool with a seperate kids pool, pool bar and a large playground. Supermarket, bakery, snackbar across the road. Quiet location next to Alto Golf and 15 mins. walk to a clean, sandy and unpolluted beach. Alvor is a typical fishing village with cobbled streets full of interesting shops, bars and restaurants. Aqua Land, Zoo Marine and other attractions are only 30 mins. drive

We are sorry to hear that the apartment didn't meet your expectations and that the kitchen was very dirty as we realized that the woman that does the cleaning didn't do it properly. As far the air conditioning is concerned there is no place in the site where we can specify which divisions in the let have air conditioning. Regarding the beds it is noted in the site that all the 4 beds are single beds (the bed in the other room is under the other bed)

Why can't I call Mario (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Mario (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mario (the owner) a message.

If Mario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
