This beautiful holiday home in Brighton is booked on a minimum 2 night booking, the 3rd night is free! So guests can either enjoy three nights in Brighton or if they prefer, check out late on Sunday!

This property is ideal for large groups as it can sleep from up to 34 all in separate beds spread across 11 bedrooms. There are 8 bathrooms and the house will have an enormous dining table to seat your whole group. Minimum group size is 24 guests! You can book for less but you will be charged for the minimum number. We do take smaller numbers if your event date is within 4 weeks of your arrival date and we have availability.

The house has been fully refurbished to a very high standard. Contemporary in design it offers a classy weekend in Brighton.

Situated opposite the Pavilion, you've got everything on your doorstep - the beach, Brighton Pier, the shops, the restaurants, the nightlife!

Bedrooms

The bedrooms throughout the house follow the bright and fresh concepts, each room being light with large windows offering fabulous views of Brighton, the Brighton Dome and Royal Pavilion.

We have lots of flexibility with the bedrooms in the property.

We can either have single room occupancy or for large groups we can add additional bunk beds to accommodate all the guests in single beds!

All the beds are zip and link, so we can change the rooms for families, doubles for parents and singles or bunks for the children.
