This holiday apartment in Florence is right in the centre of town and has a roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the Cathedral, Giotto's bell tower, the Medici Chapel and Palazzo Vecchio.

Situated on the third floor (lift available) of a typical Florentine building, this sunny, spacious flat (140 sqm) has recently been renovated and beautifully decorated. The apartment is on 3 floors and consists of a large living room with 2 sofas (of which one a double sofa bed), 2 double bedrooms (which can be twin on request) and a bathroom fitted with shower on the first floor. From the living room a staircase leads to the second floor which consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (which can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom fitted out with bathtub. Air conditioning in only on this floor. Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the large, beautiful, furnished terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco dining with a magnificent view.

This apartment for rent in Florence is in the Cathedral and San Lorenzo area, at a 5 min. walk from anywhere in Florence: monuments, museums, shopping and restaurants. The historical daily market of San Lorenzo is nearby, with its outdoor market offering local handmade products, clothes and souvenirs and the older indoor market selling delicious food products.

such a misleading review. Guests told us that the apartment was not clean after 3 days!! obviously the cleaning lady stated it was dirty. About the bug bites: guests travelled by train around italy: as there are no bugs into our apartment (otherwise no guests left 5-4 stars review as usual, and we would have no clients, but on the contrary the apartment is all year long fully booked) they surely got them during their travel. It is really unfair and cheating

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
