Aegean Blue Villas –It is a 2 bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 5 people, with a private pool, amazing sea view. In the rate is included all inclusive and water park access in Mikri Poli Resort. Grab the best value for money in Rhodes.

The villa on a hillside with breathtaking views over the deep blue Aegean Sea and the picturesque village of Lindos has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on 2 floors and a private swimming pool. The spacious living room (about 28 square meters) is comfortable and tastefully decorated with bright Italian leather furniture, table, Wifi, satellite TV / DVD, and fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor with 1 bedroom: this has a double bed and balcony, Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and built-in closets. The high-quality bathroom with bath / shower (slip mat), porcelain sink / wall mirror / toilet as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor are fully tiled. A large garden and pool area overlooking the blue-flag-rated Aegean coastline guarantee the ideal location for your holiday needs. Privacy is assured, making these villas perfect for couples or families. The modern garden furniture and sun loungers in the pool area can be placed as desired. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
