From the owner

Feel at home and stay in Sanur Bali in our large Air conditioned (AC) luxury bedroom with a King double Bed, Super fast fibre optic internet 10mbps WIFI and LAN, all marble floor, and en suite all marble Bathroom, with an inside shower and outside shower. Both hot water. Our room is very private, situated in a separate wing in the East side of our house. It is antique style furnished and the inside door to our main house is locked. Our guests use the French doors to enter and exit directly to our large tropical garden, or pool. Baby cot and baby stroller available as pictured. Facilities: 1 large double bed for 2, sheets, towels, pillows, soap. We often have guests with kids, or a 3rd adult and we add a very comfortable spring mattress on the floor between the King bed and the windows. Ideal for a couple, 3 adults, or 1 or 2 smaller kids. We provide tea and coffee, kettle, free drinking water from dispenser, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, toaster and blender. There is a seating area with table and 4 chairs outside the French doors, on our patio facing the garden.Our guests enjoy using our pool (shared with Villa) and our large garden.

TV: Our internet supports streaming, by WIFI or Ethernet, so please do bring any devices needed such as Chromecast, Android Media box, firestick, Phone casting device etc (along with any cables needed) and they may be plugged into our TV to may watch personal stream(s).

A charcoal fired BBQ is also available for guests to use. Beautiful tropical Garden, in a peaceful and very safe Location, just a few doors from the local Supermarket, Circle K 24/7 convenience Store, ATMs, local Restaurants and other shops. We are just 3 mins walk to Bali International School, 5 minutes walk to McDonalds and 800m to Sanur Beach, (25 mins by taxi to Airport), in a very safe and secure Location in Sanur. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
