No 35a is in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from the local amenities in the village and the local beach and within driving distance of the beautiful Papagyo Beaches & other sites to visit on Lanzarote.

It sleeps up to a maximum of 4 adults & 2 children and there is a comfortable sitting and a dining room. There is also have a fully fitted kitchen. Out side the patio area is perfect for sunbathing, al fresco dining & relaxing

There is also ample parking on the complex.

Although sheets, blankets & towels are provided please supply your own beach towels. We supply some but they are not very big.

The villa, which is well-maintained has3 bedrooms - two twin bedrooms & a third with bunk beds suitable for children. The kitchen & bathroom are both well-equipped and to a high standard and the sitting room which looks on the patio is large, airy and comfortable. There is also a separate dinining room with an internal BBQ looking onto the patio.

Through the glass doors from the sitting room & the dining room is a very pretty patio garden with tables, chairs, sunloungers & lightng for the evenings.

Everyone who has stayed in the property has been very happy and many book regularly. I usually ask if there are any concerns etc but as you made your booking through the management of the complex I had no way of contacting you and did not even know your name. Any concerns should surely have been addressed to them and I am sure they would have dealt with things and indeed passed these on to me. I was advised about the satellite dish and I understand this would have been a frustration which might have coloured your holiday. However a new one was installed as soon as this was feasible once the management were informed and in turn had advised me. The bars on the windows are for security and were recommended. You have mentioned the windows and I have asked the management to look at this and arrange the appropriate people to advise/sort. Regards Angela

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
