This detached large villa (320 SQ Meters) is situated downtown, it is close to all amenities and it is an Ideal accommodation for families or groups and represents luxurious living with good security.

The villa has 3 salons (lounges) two of them have air conditioning and one has a Large T.V and satellite system. There is also a fully equipped large Kitchen, barb-b-que and secure parking within the property.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double bed, ample cupboards, wardrobes in each bedroom, and one of them has an en-suite bathroom. And another separate bathroom is available upstairs. There is also a large roof terrace, private garden, electric garage doors, and a security camera system is available in front of the door.

This Amazing Villa is only less than 10 minutes drive to Agadir's beautiful golden sandy beach. Furnished tastefully throughout and is the last word in luxury living. Don't be confused, this Villa is located in central Agadir, enjoying all of the shops, fine restaurants and most of all Agadir's splendid Corniche, and natural sandy beach.

How do damage deposits work?
