From the owner

PineTree Villa is a beautiful, modern 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom fully air conditioned home with its own private infinity pool. Located on a quiet residential road in Kalamar Bay it features spectacular sea views. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk to Kalamar Bay beach club which offers fantastic water sports and scuba diving facilities. It is also no more than a 5 minute walk to the local bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Ideal for two families.

It is a 15 minute stroll to the harbour town of Kalkan which boasts many shops and fine restaurants. The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages.There is no need for a car.

A BBQ is situated near to the outdoor shaded dining area which comfortably seats 8 people. 2 olive trees give some welcome shade on the pool terrace.

The living room patio doors open onto another seated shaded area which overlooks the pool.
Inside the villa is an open plan living area with an L shaped sofa, fireplace and TV/DVD and Bose docking station

The villa has unlimited WiFi as well as a complete Sky TV package including Sky Sports and Sky Movies as well as UK TV channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar area with coffee machine.

The villa has one downstairs bedroom with bathroom opposite. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a spacious bathroom with walk in shower.

The master bedroom has a balcony with a double day bed from which to enjoy the spectacular sea views or incredible stars by night.

Why can't I call Howard (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Howard (the owner) a message.

If Howard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
