Villa Morrin is spacious, well furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Our villa is just 200 metres from Nissi Beach, probably the most famous on Cyprus with it's enticing white sand, clear turquoise water and abundant water sports; also towards Ayia Thekla, within a 10 minute walk of the villa are the quieter but equally beautiful and stunning white sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisos, all the beaches have blue flag designation. Our detached villa is 98 m2 in area on a large 360 m2 plot and is in the quieter part of Ayia Napa and yet only a few minutes stroll from the excellent local shops,supermarket, bars and restaurants; the main square of Ayia Napa with it's cosmopolitan clubs and bars is just a 5 minute taxi ride away.The private tiled pool, which catches the sun all day from late morning, has steps leading down into the shallow end; ideal for children. Wine and dine al fresco on the rear patio beside the pool, a perfect reason to use our traditional Cypriot charcoal barbecue, watching the sunset in the evening. Grab a cold drink and retreat from the heat of the day under the cool shaded pergola. With one double, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed the villa is ideal for families, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with extra wardrobe space on the landing outside the bedrooms; there are plenty of activities in the surrounding area for you to see and do during your holiday. Lots of our guests come to Cyprus to attend weddings, they tell us that they prefer to chill out and get ready for the wedding in the more spacious and relaxed atmosphere of our villa than in a hotel bedroom. Our villa is the perfect location for a wedding, ideally situated near to all the most popular wedding hotels in the area. The Nissi Beach, the Aeneas and Adams Beach Hotels are all within a 5 minute walk; the Olympic Lagoon and Dome Hotels are a short taxi ride away.

Check-in time 3.00pm on the day of arrival, check-out time 11.00am on the day of departure. The pool is maintained by Dave twice a week. Please bring your own towels for use at the beach or by the pool.Taxis transfers to and from the airport can be booked for you, please ask us for details. Cot and high chair are provided. Welcome packs can be provided, prices vary (payable locally) Free WiFi. A supplement will be charged for the winter months for Heating Units.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard in contemporary style with wooden venetian blinds on all the main windows. We have provided a smart TV with all UK and European channels including all the sport channels. We also have a Roberts DAB hi-fi system with iPad dock, so you can play your own music through the system's speakers.The kitchen has a ceramic hob, granite work tops and plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware. Our towels and linen are all 100% luxury Egyptian Cotton.

The garden has been designed with a mediterranean theme and has plantings of local palms. The rear patio and pool deck area have been fenced off for extra privacy and there is a pergola at the side of the house where you can relax in the shade, having a glass or two of the excellent local wine. We have provided a large table and parasol with 6 chairs for alfresco dining and 6 sunbeds around the pool for sun worshippers; there is also a traditional cypriot charcoal barbecue.

We are really sad that you have given 2 stars due to the noisey neighbours whilst you were in our villa. Unfortunately we are sorry about the noise as this was out of our control being 2000 miles away. As for the pool, this was not algie at all. Our pool is cleaned twice a week and like we explained to you that the pool turned green due to the cleaner who may have used chemicals to clean the stamped concrete and some if the chemicals must have entered the pool causing a reaction. We spoke to our pool cleaner who is very experienced in pool cleaning and cleaned our pool since our villa first opened in 2008. You were in the pool the following day after your arrival as our pool cleaner said that it was safe to go in. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
