Fantastic top floor apartment with sea views situated in an exclusive complex in Cala de Bou, San Antonio Bay. Enjoy either front and back balconies or take the spiral staircase up to the large private roof terrace and watch the famous San Antonio sunset. This luxury 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished to a high standard including air conditioning, satellite TV, Bluetooth stereo and fully furnished kitchen. The property has free, Fibre Optic WIFI installed and a full range of Sky TV stations including all sports & movies. You can also choose between the large swimming pool within the gated community or walk 50m to a sandy cove beach.

The property has two balconies and a large private roof terrace with it's own table, chairs and sun beds. The large swimming pool and kiddies pool are set within the beautiful gardens and palm trees of this exclusive development. A sandy beach is only 1 minute from the apartment with beach bar and water sports available. Many restaurants, shops and bars can be conveniently found within 2 minutes walk of the property including the funky & cool sunset hideout, Kumharas. This apartment is also close to the Amare Beach Hotel.

This property is within a development where there are many owner/occupiers and so will be more suitable for people looking for a refined and relaxing time rather than the San Antonio"West End" experience.

I have an English/Spanish speaking representative who lives on the complex and is available throughout your stay if you have any queries or problems while in Ibiza. I will also be available if you require my assistance before, during and after your stay. For UK residents I normally send the apartment keys to you by recorded delivery a week before you arrive. I provide detailed instructions including a map for the property. Non UK guests will simply meet my representative at the apartment to receive the keys. I aim to make your stay as easy and enjoyable for you as possible.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Darrell (the owner) a message.

If Darrell (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
