Luxurious villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated pool, in the mature garden achoice of seating area’s, in or out of the sun. Sandy beach El Arenal on 5 minutes and Playa Granadella and others nearby, all with cristal clear water. Free wifi. Satellite tv. Wheelchair-friendly

Everything in the villa is on one level. The interior of the villa is very comfortable and complete and the beds sleep great ( 2 single beds can be made with an 2-person sheet as an double bed).

All bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning, the bedrooms also have a ceiling fan. In the high wardrobes a safe is installed in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are also on the covered terrace and in the kitchen.

Free Wi-Fi internet and satelite-tv.

The private pool has Roman stairs and around the pool is pleasant, very soft, artificial grass. It feels very nice under the feet. Also for wheelchair users there is easy access to the terraces and the pool.

Outside the villa you can choose from several terasses to sit in the sun or shade.

The villa is located in a quiet and green part of Javea (Xabia), urbanizacion Valsol. Javea is a little city with a beautiful, very old, town centre and a modern part. The coast of Javea has 9 beaches and bays.

Our choice for this location was that it is very close to the sea, the surrounding area has a wide choice of beaches and small bays, plus the beautiful inland with the mountains (astonishing views), the wine valleys, old villages. The beautiful cities Valencia and Alicante are nearby at a bit more than an hour by car.

Restaurants within walking distance. Several Golf courses nearby in the region All kinds of watersports available. Javea has a harbour.

The reviews, best holiday ever, heaven on earth etc, are for us the reward of making this villa with much care to a very pleasant place to stay.

Why can't I call Rudolf (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rudolf (the owner) a message.

If Rudolf (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
