VILLA MANIKATA IS A 3 BEDROOMED TRADITIONAL STYLE MALTESE HOUSE IDEALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN PART OF MALTA, WITHIN EASY REACH FOR BEACH LOVERS. THE NORTHERN PART OF THE ISLAND HAS MANY BEACHES TO NAME A FEW, MELLIEHA BAY, ST. PAULS BAY, GOLDEN AND GHAJN TUFFIEHA BAY AND GNEJNA BAY. THE ISLANDS OF COMINO AND GOZO ARE A SHORT FERRY RIDE AWAY.

THE PROPERTY IS A LARGE 2 STOREY SEMI DETACHED MALTESE FARMHOUSE STYLE SET IN THE TRANQUIL VILLAGE OF MANIKATA .

MOST OF THE BUILDING IS NEW AND ALL ROOMS SURROUND A CENTRAL COURTYARD SO THE HOUSE HAS PLENTY OF LIGHT AND FRESH AIR.

THE VILLA SLEEPS MAXIMUM 7 PERSONS. THE 7TH BED IS AT AN EXTRA CHARGE. THERE ARE TWO DOUBLE ENSUITE BEDROOMS AND ONE EXTRA SINGLE BED IN ONE OF THESE BEDROOMS, WHICH ARE SITUATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR LEVEL OF THE HOUSE,

AN INFANT COT IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

THE THIRD BEDROOM IS SITUATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR. THERE ARE 2 SINGLE BEDS and A SEPARATE SHOWER AND TOILET CLOSE BY.

THE SPACIOUS AND AIRY LOUNGE/DINING, AND KITCHEN ARE ALSO ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND ALL OPEN OUT ONTO A SPACIOUS TERRACE AND POOL AREA .

THE POOL IS OF MEDUIM SIZE AND THE AREA AROUND IS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH WITH SUN LOUNGERS AND SEATING/DINING FACILITES.

THE LIVING ROOM BALCONY OVERLOOKS A DISTANT VIEW OF THE SEA OVER GOLDEN BAY WHICH IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE (15 MINS).

THERE ARE CEILING FANS IN ALL THE UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS AND AIR CONDITIONiNG (COOLING, DEHUMIDIFYING and HEATING) IN EACH OF THE BEDROOMS. THIS IS AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

A BUS STOP IS CONVENIENTLY SITUATED DOWN THE HILL FROM THE HOUSE. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED BUT THAT IS UP TO YOUR CHOICE. A CAR SPACE FOR PARKING MIGHT BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE MAIN DOOR.

WIFI IS AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

JUST 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE HOUSE THERES A LOCAL SMALL SHOP SELLING DAILY NECESSITIES.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arianne (the owner) a message.

If Arianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
