Anuska Apartments wish you a warm welcome to Cavtat. If you are looking for quite, nice, cosy and modern holiday accommodation you are just on the right place.

Our guests can chose from 2 new modern apartments each with nice balcony or terrace where one can sit and enjoy spectacular view to Adriatic sea, red roofs of Cavtat, old town of Dubrovnik and nearby Elaphite Islands. Penthouse is on the top and on the ground floor nice big one bedroom apartment with terrace, lawn, barbecue and sunbathing deck in the back yard.

Our apartments are self catering, air conditioned, fully equipped, with well fitted kitchen,( microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher etc.), dining room, living area with sofa bad, separate double room and bathroom with either massage shower or massage bath tub, washing machine, iron, satellite TV, free Internet access (wireless). The real jewel of our property is spacious 70 m2 penthouse and its roof balcony with breathtaking sea view.

We are only 500 meters walk down to city center, close to five stars hotel Croatia, nice beaches and famous Cavtat´s palm lined promenade. Supermarket and bus station are nearby (buses to Dubrovnik every 30 minutes). Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away. You can rent a car, scooter or bike in our neighborhood . Cavtat has many excellent restaurants with lots of fresh seafood, incredible swimming and diving, ATMs, a bank, grocery store, and local green market. Boats leave Cavtat harbor very often for Dubrovnik (hourly from 09 till 23) and this beautiful 40 minutes boat ride takes you directly into the old harbor of Dubrovnik. By staying in Cavtat you avoid the constant crowds of Dubrovnik, but still you can easily reach the ancient walled city, or it's nightlife, whenever you like.

Why can't I call Anuska (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anuska (the owner) a message.

If Anuska (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
