FANTASTIC 4 BEDROOM/ 3 BATHROOM HOLIDAY LODGE, ON THIS LOVELY RESORT, set in acres of glorious countryside .... There are amazing facilities here, with something to keep everyone happy !

Indoor Swimming pool, Children's play area, state of the art Gym, Bar and Restaurant, Tennis, outdoor Swimming during Summer school hols. Segway adventures avail for an extra small charge. Teens Games room available

WIFI is available at the actual House. Not all properties here offer this.

There is a wonderful feeling of space on this resort, set in the grounds of a historic manor house, acres of grounds and gardens.... the ideal central location, right in the heart of Cornwall! .......

This is a lovely Holiday resort Nr Newquay, set in rolling countryside .... Just a few miles away from the beautiful surfing beaches in Newquay, and many other attractions nearby, including Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, The Eden Project, Dairyland, Waterworld, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Flambards, St Ives and many many more ..... We are always keen to leave lots of information at the house for you.

LOVELY LEISURE FACILITIES - Swimming Pools, Children's play area + basketball area, state of the art Gym, Tennis courts, Bar + restaurant, Tennis ..... There really is something for everyone!! ......

Huge Open Plan living space and 4 bedrooms .... our guests are always delighted with these lovely spacious properties .......

We do have 2 of these 4 bedroom houses here ... so we can accommodate larger family groups.

WIFI is now available at the actual House. Not all properties here provide this.

LEISURE BUILDING is where you will find the Cafe/ Coffee Shop. Here you can enjoy a speciality coffee, or a snack, or why not choose from the range of wines and beers available here. Pool table available here

THE OLD MANOR RESTAURANT, ON THE RESORT -- serves good quality, affordable food, in a relaxed atmosphere. WE CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SUNDAY LUNCH ! It really is great to have this restaurant on the resort, so that you can relax and have a drink, without the hassle of driving !!

MODERN FITTED KITCHEN -- with integrated oven + hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster + kettle, and a wide range of utensils, this property is very well equipped with an abundance of cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There are doors leading to patio area with picnic table, perfect to relax with a drink !

LOUNGE AREA - has plenty of comfortable seating, LCD tv, PLENTY OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE TO RELAX

The property ideally sleeps 8 comfortably (4 bedrooms) --- with all beds made up for 8 guest.

BEDROOM 4 is on the ground floor off the living area, and has Double bed + built in wardrobe, with a Shower room / wv just next to this bedroom on the ground floor -- it has shower cubicle, wc, wash basin with mirror + storage.

ON THE 1ST FLOOR IS THE MASTER BEDROOM, with ensuite shower suite, with shower cubicle, wc + wash basin with mirror, spot lights and storage. This bedroom has juliet balcony overlooking the gardens, built in wardrobe.

THERE IS ANOTHER DOUBLE BEDROOM, with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

TWIN BEDROOM --- 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside/reading lighting.

FAMILY BATHROOM has Corner whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, WC + wash basin with mirror + spotlights

This fantastic Resort is very well located to explore Cornwall, with easy access to the A30..... We have 3 children ourselves, who love visiting this holiday resort, there is always so many fun things to do, your children will love it too. ...

This property is suitable for disabled/ elderly guests, there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom/shower room. Please note that all doors are standard width.

Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
