We are proud to offer you Villa Gioiosa for private rental........a Stunning & Luxury 5 bedroom child- friendly villa with air-conditioning and fast wireless internet refurbished & finished to a very high standard with its own spectacular private fenced pool with hydro-massage, set amongst stunning Sicilian scenery in its own private gardens filled with fruit trees, olive groves, vineyards and palm trees for the sole enjoyment of our guest.
Completely independent being a detached villa gives you total privacy. A large panoramic veranda with great views over open countryside and stunning views of the pool, under the furbished wooden temple style Gazebo with lounge area a few paces from the outdoor Kitchen with BBQ and Pizza Oven.......provides ample "Al Fresco dining space" giving you a wonderful experience of the Sicilian way of life.
Villa Gioiosa is also superb for outdoor living as it enjoys sunshine from dawn to dusk yet also has plenty of shaded areas to relax over a glass of wine with plelnty of outside and inside space and all the best comforts and facilities to relax and enjoy a holidy in Sicily.
We offer all this, together with a fantastic swimming pool, very secluded and quiet, surrounded by extensive patio, furnished with many sun lounges and parasols to relax under the shade, an open air outside shower by the pool to give that extra comfort to our guests and an energetic hydro-massage for adults in the shallow part of the pool only 60cm deep ideal for toddlers & babies, with lots of inflatables to play with.
The pool has been designed with the safety of children in mind therefore not only the entrance to the pool is via the gate but it is also fenced & padlocked, allowing parents to relax without worrying about leaving their children unattended near the pool!
Illuminated at night provides a fantastic backdrop for veranda evening meals, or magical for a midnight swim under the stars, overlooking the beautiful nature of the countryside surroundings.
Villa Gioiosa is a child-friendly villa therefore ideal for families with children that will be well entertained throughout the whole vacation as we provide a fantastic and large SANDPIT full of swings, slide, sea-saw, little trampoline, bucket & spades, bikes, scooters, balls, rackets, football table, 8ft trampoline with security net, cuddly toys and more inside & outside toys, the list is endless............! We also provide sky programming with all children channels including disney channels and full sky package for adults all in english! Lots of books for various ages.
We also supply many baby items free of charge, saving you packing them, making life a lot easier. We have 2 cots, 2 highchairs, 2 toddler and 1 baby pushchair, potty, baby bath, changing mat with stand, bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, feeding cutlery, bowls, cups, plateswalker, playpen & 3 in 1 rocker swing!
The interior of the villa is elegantly furbished & tastefully decorated to a high standard with everything guests may need at hand and provides and caters for the expectation of every traveller, whether you are holidaying as a couple....family....or friends! All rooms are equipped with powerful ceiling fans, keeping you cool even on the hottest days.
Villa Gioiosa is less than 1.5km from the town center, finding all amenities you can think of all on one long road at the entrance of town including excellent restaurants, cafe's, bars & supermarkets. Our beaches at San Leone are fantastic all year round at 10-15min drive away with wide, golden sandy beaches & lots of shallow water free from currents which makes it ideal for families. The famous " Valley of the temples" is only 10-15min drive away from the villa.
