The modern apartment block Mago Park is centrally situated in an elevated position near all amenities in Puerto de la Cruz.

The bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, desk. and sofa.

Bath/shower room with toilet, bidet and built in hair drier.

Lounge with sofas, chairs , tables, TV with UK channels, Wifi router plus a DVD player.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and electric kettle.

The large balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers faces South and has views of Mount Teide.

The apartment is conveniently situated for buses and taxis and is within an easy stroll of many excellent restaurants. The Bus Station is 300m from the bottom of the 90 steps or 12 ramps. The buses run to all parts of the Island and the fares are reasonable.

The HiperDino supermarket is 300m away and they will deliver next day for about 4 euros. There is parking at the supermarket..

A few minutes walk away is the fishing harbour and the old town with its many shady squares, pavement cafes and interesting shops.

The nearest beach is Playa Jardin which is 8 mins walk away and is attractively landscaped and has sunbeds for hire and a restaurant.

The famous Martianez Lido with its beautiful complex of swimming pools and sea water lake is 20 mins walk away.

Mago Park has an outdoor pool which is partially heated.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louis (the owner) a message.

If Louis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
