Tuscan beautiful and luxurious Villa of 800 sq.mt in Siena area-Tuscany, dating back to XVI C. the stone-built Villa , is located in a beautiful area in Tuscany, surrounded by a huge park-garden with lavender, sage, rosemary, olive trees. A panoramic swimming pool of 150 sq mt with Juacuzzi from where there is a breathtaking view over the countryside and over the 5 minutes drive picturesque village of Radicondoli . The Villa is close to the main art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and the wine regions. The property extends, over a vast territory of 200 hectars, 12 of which are olive groves and pine forest. Inside the Villa you'll find twelve bedrooms, each of them has its own bathroom, and some have its own balcony or a small yard, tv; inside there is a common large living room, a huge kitchen, a 100 sq.mt panoramic terrace. Suitable for 24 people.

Payment conditions
We request a 40% deposit paid by bank transfer at the time of confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance should be paid upon arrival
Price includes: car park, use of swimming pool, weekly linen change, hot and cold water, electricity, gas for cooking, television.
Not included: telephone, gas for central heating (€4,50 per m³).
The pool normally is open from May to the end of September

All the bedrooms are large and comfortable, in every bedroom there is a bathroom and in some a small terrace or a small garden, so as to enjoy moments of privacy in case you do not want to stay with the group all the time!
