Modern Town House set close to sea in the heart of Tankerton Bay with everything you need just around the corner. A relaxing stay for couples and families alike whether you are here for one of the many Festivals or just to soak up the sea air and explore the area.

Whitstable is a charming and relaxing seaside town that offers plenty of activities for you to enjoy during your stay. The town has a bohemian charm with independent craft and gift shops, galleries, delicatessens and fashion shops trading side by side with butchers and bakers. When you need to recharge with a drink and food you will be spoilt for choice with a wonderful choice of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Whitstable is one of a very few in the country that has a pub on the beach and known throughout the world for its Native Oyster.

As well as a variety of water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing, Whitstable's beaches and coastal walks have much to offer throughout the year. Kent is steeped in history and heritage and is also rightly renowned throughout the world as the Garden of England. Whitstable is also within easy driving distance of many other towns in Kent including, Canterbury, Broadstairs, Margate, Dover and many picturesque little villages.

Further details indoors; This property is set out over three floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom, this consists of a double bed. This room has double doors out to the garden, there is also a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. The first floor has the kitchen that leads through to the dining area and lounge which has a sofabed that sleeps two. The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin/double bedroom there is also a family bathroom.

Further details outside; There is a parking space to the front of the property and street parking outside the property. The garden is a paved area with a table, seating and a BBQ.

Second stay at Tankerton Town House. Very enjoyable - meets the needs of out family from the oldest to the youngest and very near the beach and all aminities. Would recomend.

Lovely house in perfect location.

Our third stay in this lovely house and it did not disappoint. Excellect location for beach, the lovely old town and harbour of Whitstable as well as beautiful Canterbury and the Thanet towns.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
