Lovely modern 3 bedroom property, set in lots of Gardens and grounds to relax and play -- with great facilities on this charming family friendly holiday resort, near Perranporth + St Agnes.

We offer amazing value here. This house is close to the Reception building and Play Area, so fantastic position on the park.

PERRANPORTH is a lovely area of Cornwall, lovely little seaside town, with lots of quaint little shops, take aways + cafes, local pubs and restaurants. Perranporth beach is ideal for families and couples alike, this is a huge open beach with a stream running through it - everyone loves it here !!

NEWQUAY - this is just a few miles away, here you will find the world famous Fistral beach, perfect for surfing and relaxing. Many other beautiful beaches around Newquay!!

This resort is in between Perranporth and St Agnes, Bar + Restaurant.

THE LOCAL AREA IS AN AREA OF OUTSTANDING BEAUTY - With so many amazing coastal walks to enjoy and explore. It really is a photographers dream -- Please have a look at some of the photos we have taken of the local area nearby ! ..........

The staff here are all very friendly, happy to help with anything you could need !! Wifi is available at the main Reception building. This is not available at the actual property.

There is a well stocked shop on site, with a good range of supplies (seasonal) + Launderette on site -- small charge for this

We can allow 1 dog -- this must be agreed with the owner 1st -- before booking -- please discuss this before booking. Our cleaning company do extra vacuuming and cleaning after a dog, incase other guests have allergies. Small charge applies when bringing a dog.

This is a lovely little holiday park set in lots of gardens, they have worked hard to keep the swimming pool open during Covid ... as im sure you can understand things have been difficult this year .... Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
