From the owner

This spacious apartment sits in an elevated position in the much sought after quiet complex of Lago Verde overlooking the harbour in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen.

It is privately owned, centrally located and single storey.

The balcony, which enjoys all day sunshine, has panoramic views out to sea and to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds, large built in wardrobe and dressing table while the master bedroom has French doors to the exceptionally large balcony.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, oven, four ringed electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board etc. It is separated from the lounge by a two level marble breakfast bar.

The spacious lounge has a picture window with French doors leading to the balcony. It has a 3 piece suite TV, with many british channels including Sky Sports and films.

It also has a library of over 100 books which guests can use on a 'Take One Leave one' basis

The bathroom has twin sinks, shower and toilet.

The apartment has its own safe and 3 fans, 1 in the lounge and 1 in each bedroom. The windows to the back of the property are fitted with fly screens

Towels are changed twice per week and bedding once per week.

The very secluded balcony has a dining table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, 2 sunbed umbrellas and clothes dryer.

The complex has a swimming pool (heated in winter only) sunbathing area, shaded area, reception (open 7 days), pool bar serving drinks and meals from 10 a.m., and internet.

There is Free WiFi in the reception and pool bar and also free private WIFI in the apartment.

There is a Laundry on the complex for which tokens can be purchased from Reception.

We are very central for Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, Beach and the Harbour, therefore a car is not essential unless you want to explore the many sights of the Island particularly Fire Mountain.

The nearest restaurant is La Bamba which is about 10 yards from the entrance to the complex and the second nearest is Mario's in the Montana Tropical centre about 50 yards from the complex.

Take a 5 minute stroll down to the harbour area where you will find an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Seafood, Spanish, British, French, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Japanese

There is an 18 hole golf course with a driving range a 10 minute taxi ride from the apartment

Excursions can be booked at reception as can Taxi's.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
