Ideally situated in phase 1 of the resort our home is just a hop skip and a jump away from the fantastic water complex, clubhouse and restaurant and is extremely popular with repeat guests, some who have been coming for the past many years.

Whether you are a seasoned visitor or a first time traveller, Regal Palms Resorta and Spa promises a unique Orlando experience by allowing you to stay in an affordable 4 bedroom town-house located in a 4 star resort .

Picture yourself in the evenings curled up on a comfy sofa watching your own channels and not having to fight with kids for the remote ( they have their own TV in their own bedroom) or brewing yourself a cup of gourmet coffee in a kitchen brimming with everything you need .

Have fun in a large 2.5 acre heated swimming complex surrounded by palm trees with blissful lazy river, waterfalls , water slides ( big hit with the kids ) and jacuzzi or relax on the extensive sunbathing terraces with a book and a drink served to you by waiters from the poolside bar.

Pets up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed. A one-off fee of $150 is charged, payable separately prior to checkin. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at any one time. Pets must be house - trained and are not allowed on furniture or in beds. Please dispose of any waste from your pets in the home and in community. Please clean up any hairs or any other wastes from your pets prior to your departure. Please bring your own waste bags and bowls as these are not provided. As per community rules, pets are to be always kept on their leash. Any violations of these pet rules could result in loss of your security deposit.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sylvia Hall/Lynval (the owner) a message.

If Sylvia Hall/Lynval (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
