This luxury four bedroom villa has been furnished to a high standard and is in easy reach of Lagos Marina, Meia Praia beach and Palmares golf course. Boasting some lovely views from the balconies this villa is perfect for a family looking to be close to all amenities yet in a peaceful location. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free wifi,

On the ground floor is a large open planned lounge and dining room with Satellite TV, DVD with surround sound, music system, a playstation 2 and fireplace for the cooler evenings, off to the right of the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with a granit breakfast bar seperating this area from the dining area with a table and 8 chairs.

From the lounge and dining room there are 3 large double patio doors leading out to the pool terrace surrounded with outdoor dining furniture and sun-loungers, and a built in BBQ for some alfresco dining.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the pool. In the entrance hall there is a house cloakroom with W/C. In the garage of the villa which is under the main living area there is a large room with a ping pong table for the kids, and a shower room.

Upstairs there are three other bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and two sharing a full bathroom. These bedrooms all lead out to a large balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is 8 meters x 4 meters and has a shallow and deep end with walk in steps. To heat thje pool there is an extra £150 per week fee.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
