THE VILLA:

Habitable area of 300 square meters.

On GROUND FLOOR, which is at garden level, is a large sitting room with Tv Sat area, a dining room in front of the pool, a professional kitchen for cooking lessons.

In front of the pool a large veranda for eating outside, enjoying beautiful sunsets!

A fitted large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, large wash basin is accessible for the garden.

On FIRST FLOOR a cozy living room with a huge fireplace.

Three spacious double bedrooms (one can be converted in twin), 2 bathrooms and one little store room.

And the SUITE: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the tower room which can serve as a cozy private living room with stunning views over the surrounding vineyards or as bedroom for children (double sofa bed).

All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and autonomous heating control.

PRIVATE POOL (12x6meters), sun beds for each guest, shaded areas to enjoy in the garden. Open from April to October.

    If Petra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
