This 2 bedroom property offers spacious accommodation and is equally suitable for families or friends looking to explore the beaches and fishing villages of South East Cornwall, the Tamar Valley, Plymouth and beyond. Centrally located so that you can also venture further into both Cornwall and Devon with convenient access to many National Trust properties, The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and so much more.

The propery is set within the well manicured estate at Crylla Valley Cottages with its 18 acres of lawns, flower gardens and woodlands. The property offers open plan living with kitchen, dining area and lounge. A full inventory of crockery, cooking utensils and housekeeping items are provided to make your self catering stay as easy as possible. Upstairs you will find a the main bedroom with ample space for 2 adults and also great if you have a baby/toddler as a travel cot can be hired for a small charge. The second bedroom is set as a twin. Plenty of storage space is provided. Upstairs you have a bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin. Downstairs is an additional WC. Outside, as well as having the lovely grounds to explore you have a private patio area, with patio furniture and gas BBQ provided seasonally.

One allocated car park space with additional available. WiFi is provided free of charge.

In addition to the accommodation above you also have the added benefit of membership for the duration of your stay to an exclusive leisure club just over 8 minutes away by car. A full size indoor pool with 25 metre lanes, fun zones and most importantly a modern aqua spa with steam room, sauna and relaxing whirlpool are all included free of charge making your stay that extra bit special. Please note, membership allocation is for up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years of age (under 5's don't require a membership). Additional daily guest passes are available at the club and are very reasonably priced.

Thank you so much for spending a few moments on the phone to discuss some of your feedback which is so valuable to us. From our conversation we understand that you have previously stayed in 5 star accommodation in early April in North Yorkshire, an exceptionally high standard at a lower price point in the year to benchmark against. Following an annual inspection in May 2015 our accommodation has been independently graded 4 star by Visit England. The rating is indicative of the standard we offer. We regularly review our pricing by way of market research and are confident we are competitive with all that we offer. The Wi-Fi signal was successfully restored as soon as we were made aware of the fault, thank you for letting us know. We do so wish you had taken our advice at the time of booking to stay in one of our larger Rosewood cottages offering far more comfort for your family and your specific needs. It is important to us that our guests get the most from their accommodation and we are at hand to make recommendations about which one of our properties will be most suitable, we are here to help.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
