Villa Blackrock has undergone a substantial refurbishment and is situated in an exclusive private gated estate of 49 villas which are accessed only by code.The large indoor living space is 150 square metres. A CCTV security system is in operation at the entrance and throughout the development 24 hours a day. We are fully registered for letting with the Lanzarote authorities. Villa Blackrock has a beautiful pool and garden area which promotes outdoor living, benefiting from the sun all day long and is equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The detached villa is set in its own substantial grounds and is surrounded by tropical gardens and raised lava walls, ensuring complete privacy and shelter. The large private pool can be electronically heated with a shallow end and Romanesque steps, ideal for children and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountain views. Raised lava walls, ensure complete privacy for sunbathers, and sunbeds are provided. Architecturally designed, three of the bedrooms have large picture windows and the lounge large patio doors to overlook the south facing pool and garden area. There is an additional extended west facing terrace for further sunbathing or this area can be used as a play area. The picon gardens boast tropical plants, cacti, and palm trees. The beech and wicker outdoor table and chairs accommodate ten persons for alfresco dining complimented with the Canarian BBQ. Villa Blackrock's four bedrooms and three bathrooms make the villa ideal for two families. Entertainment includes a flat screened TV with an extensive package including all Sky channels - Sky Sports, News and Sky Movies. Disney channels, BT Sports. BBC 1 & 2. ITV, Channel 4 & 5 and RTE 1 & 2. There are also approx 1900 movies and approx 400 box sets available. I-pod docking station and CD + DVD players. Playstation 2 and fast Wi-Fi.

The front garden includes a driveway which can comfortably accommodate four cars and is enclosed by gates.The villa is ideally situated in Playa Blanca affording peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday yet only a 15/20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the nearest shop and hotel which is open to non-residents. A taxi rank and bus stop are 500 metres away. The Aqua Waterpark is only a 10 minute walk away and Atlantic Park with 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis court, childrens play area and basketball court a 15 minute walk away.

Why can't I call Julie and John (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie and John (the owner) a message.

If Julie and John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
