Villa Jade's lower ground floor apartment is a lovely finished modern space tiled throughout, from the lounge there are large glass sliding doors leading out onto a beautiful stone terrace with outside table,chairs, unbrella and 2 sun loungers. The views from the terrace are amazing looking out over the garden & out to the sea and mountains. From the terrace there is a beautiful stone staircase with lighting leading down to the beach where you can swim in crystal clear waters.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has dimer switch lighting for a romantic feel. Villa Jade also has its own boat mooring on a lovely stone dock..The lower ground floor apartment has been refurbished for 2016 and has been finished to a lovely and modern standard. The lower ground floor apartment is ideal for a couple or small family.

PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 4 OTHER APARTMENTS TO RENT WITHIN VILLA JADE IF THE LOWER GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE OR THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY. However Zeljka our Villa manager is always on hand should you have a problem or just wish to ask her information about the villa or local amenities. We prefer to give our guests peace and quite whilst they are at the villa as this is a get away from it all place.

Why can't I call Steve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
