This villa is located in the beautiful village of Ratzakli, between the bustling village of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios, at very short distance of the two.

Built on a hill overlooking the village, this single storey villa is quietly located on a large lot surrounded by greenery and offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the Bay of Mouda (Munda) and the island of Zakynthos (Zante).

It is located at 1400 meters from the large sandy beach of Kaminia ending on the south by the naturist beach of Mouda where you can sunbathe in peace in a wild environment.

The villa is comfortable for 2 people with one bedroom, but can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed in the living room, (a cot can be added free of charge upon request).

A large terrace of 75 m2 surrounds the pool, where you can sunbathe naked in privacy if you like, that's why the villa is often rented by naturists who appreciate being able to stay naked during their holidays, with a private pool directly accessible from the living room and bedroom, with magnificent sea views.

This terrace is equipped with the furniture for take meals outside.The living room overlooks the terrace and is equipped with a flat screen with satellite and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob recessed, wall oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, ... .

All rooms are air conditioned, with in addition ceiling fans.Windows and bay windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.All linen is provided.

The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

You can access the Internet and send and receive faxes.

At 200m you will find a snack bar.The owners, (French-Greek couple), will be on hand to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable.

They can take you for a day trip with their new motorboat to admire unique landscapes and go in inaccessible beaches where you will be alone in the world.

Why can't I call Patrick (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrick (the owner) a message.

If Patrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
