we rent a very nice and comfortable flat in Florence, served with a lift, 45 square meters, very bright and deliciously furnished ; just outside the historical centre of the city and freely accessible with your own car (city center is a Limited Traffic area); ideal for weekends, few days, weeks, months or longer periods. The apartment provides accommodation from 1 to 4 people ; one bedroom with double bed and a big living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people. Nice bathroom with shower, small balcony with a little table and chairs. independent heating system, independent air conditioning, washing machine, iron and iron board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, coffeemaker, electric and microwave oven, refrigerator with a small freezer. Kitchen is served with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and all necessary tools. The apartment is provided with clean sheets and towels. A satellite set with a 32" television, radio, ADSL INTERNET WIFI connection. A computer (a laptop with Linux) with webcam and microphone is available in the flat and can be used by our guests. Very well served by several bus routes and with several shopping opportunities around, a couple of big supermarkets are just few steps from the flat.The location is very strategic because you can walk to reach the major points of interest such as Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza Signoria, Piazza Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery. In the area there are numerous craft shops, flea markets, famous for antiques, and for daily shopping the Sant'Ambrogio market, selling fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese. For those unwilling to cook the district offers many opportunities they range from the typical Florentine trattoria to Neapolitan pizza or take-away food. At night you can immerse yourself in the Florentine night life. ATTENTION ; a parking place (close to the apartment , 50 meters far) is available at an extra cost of 10€ per day.************utilities are apart and will be payed on consumption base with following fares : gas (cooking and heating)::: 1,3 euro per cube meter ; water::: 3 euro per cube meter ; electricity (mainly air conditioning)::: 0,4euro per kwh*************

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mauro (the owner) a message.

If Mauro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
