If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. Tenerife Villas Online offers this amazing 4 bedroom unique holiday villa with private heated pool, hot tub, games area including ping pong, pool table and air hockey. The property is situated in a hillside location within its very own private secluded gardens and has picturesque sea and mountain views. The villa is all on one level, the outside terraces are split level but include ramps making the property easily accessible throughout and suitable for wheelchair users.

The lounge holds comfortable sofas, seating for all guests, plus large TV which offers all UK channels and international channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen for the master chef and a dining room with large stylish glass table to enjoy your meals, the dining room also includes beautiful views down to the coast of Tenerife. All bedrooms are bright and airy with comfortable beds.

The private heated pool has roman steps and is surrounded by artificial grass with 8 sun loungers and comfortable patio furniture. The spacious exterior boasts many terraces, including the pool terrace, games area terrace, garden terrace and dining areas & chill out areas with cushion sofas all on different terraces. As you can see in the photos, the exterior holds stunning views, we invite you to take a dip in the hot tub which has the best view! The villa also has the perfect outdoor dining setting under a shaded pergola, so fire up the BBQ at anytime and dine outside!

Hot tub is available at £100 per week, please pre book this. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
