Adjoining gymnasium, squash, tennis and minigolf. very tourist area (near nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, shoopping, train, bus and taxi) - Parquing free on the street, no payment areas. - 10th floor elevator - Passage to access the beach is right next to the building, not to cross the street. - The apartment can host up to 5 people. A total of 3 rooms. A double room with a double bed. A second room with a single bed. A third room with a bed "nest" (2 single beds one with folding legs under the other) - Sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, television, DVD, microwave, etc, all inclusive. Full Description Guests of this comfortable apartment can enjoy sea views from the private balcony. They can also relax in the two shared pools. The beach is right in front, just 100 meters. The apartment has a double bedroom and one single bed. There is a third bedroom with two trundle beds, ideal for two children. Guests can use the kitchen and enjoy the food on the dining table and lounge chairs. This open room also contains a large sofa and a large flat screen TV. There is a tennis court, a squash court, minigolf track and football field adjacent to the apartment. a gym and table tennis is also available. Francesc Macià The park is a 20-minute walk. A 10-minute drive, you can reach the zoo Marineland and the water park. The apartment is in a lively area with several restaurants, bars and 2 supermarkets within 200 meters.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
