Luxury south facing apartment , overlooking the pools & tropical gardens on the Golden Beach 1 complex. Secure Parking. All rooms have AC & Heating making it suitable all year round.

Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets are on our door step and only 5 mins stroll from the lively Arenal Promenade with it's sandy beach, modern bars, restaurants, promenade and several play areas for children of all ages.

The apartment has free High speed fibre Wi-Fi,

50” Smart TV with Netflix. Amazon Prime. Disney + and Hundreds of channels in several languages including Movies & Sports

Entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining area with patio doors to sunny balcony, with electric sun blind. From the furnished private balcony you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining, overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful landscaped tropical gardens with views of the Montgo mountain and surrounding area. The master bedroom with Kingsize bed, dressing table and mirror has spacious built in wardrobes a full en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the balcony.The second bedroom has two full size single beds with built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has two full size single beds with fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate shower room.

Linen, hand & bath towels provided.
