.You will feel really at home, in this apartment. Nothing is missing. Plenty of light, calm, with plenty green around.

My family, and myself, love to go there, every time, we can.

Located in a peaceful location, but still close to everything! Winter, with mild climate, is ideal for those who like to walk, golfing,(5 minutes walking distance), stroll around, bicycling and visit places of interest :4km from the ancient and lovely city of Tavira, and 25km from the city of Ayamonte (Spanish border). The spanish city of Seville is 50 minutes away by car. From Spring till Autumn, you can enjoy baking in the sun at the wonderful sandy beaches of Cabanas, and of course, visit plenty places of interest.

FOR GOLFERS,, is a paradise!( very close by, Benamor golf course ).

In the village, 0,8km, there are many restaurants, shops, and bars.Unless you want to do some trips, car is not necessary. You can always rent a bicycle, for shorter trips.

To go to the lovely city of Tavira, there are buses, at CONCEIÇÃO, who go there, ( so mutch to see!), as well to Olhão city.

This apartment is just 6 minutes walking distance, to all restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and bars on the sea front.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luisa (the owner) a message.

If Luisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
