Driftwood Cottage is a stylish, renovated 2 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) arranged over 3 floors located in the picturesque seaside village of Staithes, North Yorkshire. The cottage is snugly situated on a peaceful side street with beautiful sea views of Staithes Harbour from each floor, and is a stone's throw from the sea front and the local pub.

The cottage is beautifully presented with a spectacular vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom and built in day bed.

The open plan ground floor comprises of living room, dining area and well equipped modern kitchen making it ideal for family holidays, cosy couple getaways or a relaxing break with friends.

A car parking permit is provided for use at the Bank Top council car park.

Parking spaces are on a first come basis and the permit does not guarantee a parking space.However, there is additional parking spaces run by a private company for which you have to pay as our permit is not acceptable.

Why can't I call Jacqueline (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
