This cosy bungalow is ideal for couples needing a base to explore this fabulous area of North Devon. Modern open plan living and fully equipped, it offers a good degree of privacy and is comfortable and welcoming.

There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds. The bathroom is modern and has a power shower.

The kitchen is fitted with a good array of cupboards. Then there is the conservatory, lovely for dining or just sitting ,double doors lead out to a pretty courtyard garden which is not overlooked and ideal for alfresco eating with seating area and BBQ, perfect for outside dining.

It's a flat 10 minute walk to the beach, where there is a sea water pool and rock pools which the children love. The beach is manned by Lifeguards during the summer season. There are a variety of local shops and eating places. The property is approx 10 mins from the North Devon Golf course.

This lovely little bungalow fits the old cliche - small but perfectly formed! There is a double and bunk bedroom, fitted kitchen, and open plan living room, shower room and new conservatory adding extra space for dining or sitting. The open plan living area has comfortable seating with TV and DVD.

Parking is provided opposite the property. There are steps leading from the parking area and whilst not steep may not suit people with limited mobility. The bungalow is tucked away across an attractive grassy area which is peaceful and quiet.

The front garden is lawned with shrubs and pots and there is seating for two in the sun! The back garden is private and has a family sized table for al fresco eating and several sun loungers

Why can't I call Sue & Bruce (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue & Bruce (the owner) a message.

If Sue & Bruce (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
