From the owner

Traditionally furnished, Castilian-style, with free WiFi and a TV with a large number of Sky and UK channels, incl. many sports and children's channels and a radio. Less than 10 minutes, 300 ms walk from El Portet family friendly sandy beach. Mosquito nets are in every window.

Free standing electric air fans in each room. With three double bedrooms family-size villa, ideal for three generations, with a real Spanish life atmosphere, for up to SIX ADULTS, BABY / TODDLER, or a CHILD / TEENAGER, max. 7 occupants.

We have two sizes of cots for a baby or a toddler and a foldaway Z-bed. The Z-bed is not suitable for an adult, only for a child or a young teenager. We have one good quality sturdy high chair and a low toddler plastic table with three toddler chairs. Child's toilet seat and a potty are also provided.

The cost of £20 per holiday per person for bed linen and towels will also apply.

Villa is ideal as a honeymoon location due to the romantic upstairs King-size studio apartment and the charming, secluded garden with many statues. Four twin beds (can be joined into doubles) downstairs and the master King- size bedroom is upstairs - blankets and bed linen provided.

Open-plan 23ft x 15ft large lounge, wooden beams and vaulted ceiling, two long sofas and three armchairs, 32" HD TV with a DVD machine and a new superior SKY TV programs upgrade downstairs and upstairs. A separate old style music radio unit for tapes and CD's. A bookcase filled with loads of English-language books.

In the smaller twin bedroom is a slim-line TV monitor with a DVD machine, for DVD's and CD's - but NO television transmission - ideal for younger visitors.

In the upstairs studio is an HD TV monitor with a DVD player and a substantial SKY television package, with all the usual UK channels, local channels and a radio. Do not forget to bring your favourite DVD's and CD's for any young visitors or for adults.

The villa is suitable for three generation holidays, couples only, families or a group of friends. Not suitable for hen or stag parties.

Open-plan kitchen with marble top counters and a 60 cms wide kitchen island, a family-size dishwasher and well stocked cupboards with crockery. Kitchen looks onto a large, round Castilian-style dining room with wooden shutters, which create a real Spanish-life atmosphere.

The villa has several front stairs and a round staircase to the top bedroom studio. So we regret that it is not suitable for wheelchair or severely handicapped users.

The villa has a separate round master King-size bedroom studio apartment upstairs. This can be reached from the front balcony by an outside rounded staircase. Upstairs is en-suite shower room with WC, a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge, kitchen unit - thus giving some independence to the couple staying upstairs. This large bedroom is often occupied by grandparents, relatives or grown up children. It is NOT suitable for younger children who should always sleep downstairs with other adults.

The bedroom opens onto a large balcony with wonderful views of the pool, garden, lush green valley, hills, El Portet fortress, surrounding gardens and villas. For families with three children, where parents need to sleep downstairs, we can provide two cots or a foldaway Z-bed for the children's larger twin bedroom.

So you will be able to use the villa and even invite grandparents, relatives or friends to sleep in the upstairs King-size bedroom studio with it's own kitchenette.

We have a large swimming pool with roman steps and a toddler section, which is an unusual feature in private pools. Several sunbeds and sun umbrellas are provided. We also provide sun umbrellas and two foldaway chairs for the beach. The villa has a beautifully designed mature Spanish garden with many statues and is totally private. A large stone-built barbecue stands next to the pool, thus creating an entertainment area, together with round stone seating. There are several excellent golf courses in the Moraira and Javea areas, within a short driving distance. Benidorm is only about 30-minutes drive with Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Benidorm Palace Night Club. We regret that the villa is not suitable for a group of single people under 23 years or "hen & stag" parties. STRICTLY NON SMOKING INSIDE, but you can smoke on the covered balcony.

We live in the UK so will not be present. We use a Moraira family of Caretakers to sort out any problems if necessary. They are very efficient and caring people. But this is a self catering holiday so nobody will disturb you. You will receive a detailed Villa Manual from us before your holiday.

Why can't I call Zenka and Ian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zenka and Ian (the owner) a message.

If Zenka and Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
