Studio of 38 meters. on the third floor, air-conditioned beach hotel was fully renovated in the summer of 2014, near sandy beach, free or equipped by Vittoria Apuana, and next to every kind of shop. Is composed of living-dining room with double sofa bed, bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen complete with all appliances, balcony with table and chairs, private covered parking, wi-fi. It is a great base for the sea, for excursions to the nearby cities of art Lucca, Pisa, Florence or for nature walks. Versiliana, Torre del Lago Puccini, pine wood stain of San Rossore, but also in the Apuan Alps, Colonnata Antro del Corchia, 5 Terre and Golfo dei poeti. Nearby public buses, railway station, home care S:Camillo, children's Hospital Apuano OPA: HoLiday condo rental at the thid floor with elevator, at 100 meters from a beautiful free sandy beach and close to a large variety of stores. It is composed by and lunch/sitting room with a sofa futon for two people, a small bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen furnished with all lmodern appliances, bathroom with shower, balcony with table and chairs, reserved covered parking. It is a very good location to go and visit famous historical towns as Lucca, Pisa, Florence or to enjoy her full in the beauty of Tuscany nature: D'annunzio Versiliana pinewodd, spot of San Rossore, Lake Puccinibut Toore also Alpi Apuane, Carrara marble quarries or Antro del Corchia, wind cave, 5 Terre and Byron and Shelley's Gulf of poets. Bus and railway station are very close. Home Care S:Camillo and OspedalePediatrico Shahid are very close.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
