Villa Diana has an ideal location set in the exclusive Blue Water Bay Village development which lies between Blue Water Bay Beach and Fireman's beach on one side, and the centre of Kapparis village on the other. It offers a haven of tranquillity and privacy, while being just a short walk from safe sandy beaches, tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities. Hence it is not essential to hire a car as everything is close at hand. Ideal for honeymooners, couples wanting privacy, or for families. It offers a safe environment for children, being at the end of a private cul-de-sac with no through traffic, with high fences and lockable gates and a toddler proof fence to the pool area. The villa is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with its own pool, garden and patios. Equipped to the high standard expected of a modern villa. If you are traveling with small children it has all the kit you need including a playhouse, travelcots, highchair, changing mat, potty, childrens chairs and crockery, toys, stair gates at both the top and bottom of the stairs and childrens window safety locks on all upstairs windows and patio doors. These locks allow you to lock the window or door in the open position 3 inches wide for ventilation purposes without the toddler getting through and falling. There is free full WiFi. There is a pergola and outdoor coffee table and chairs. Also we have converted the pool to a salt water system, so no chlorine stinging the eyes!

Electricity. Applies all bookings made after 19th March 2024.

You are allowed 30kWh/day free. This is about €15 euro/day.

For a week its 210kWh/week free. This is €105 euro/week.

Any extra electricity use will be charged at the rate of €0.45 euro/kWh.

The meter will be read and photographed at the start and at the end of your stay.

I will calculate any extra and make a charge from your deposit, sending you the photographs.

There is a Keysafe from which you can retrieve the keys. It will have your own unique 4-digit code programmed in. The owner is always just a phone call away, or you can text and email. I will not be at the villa, but our manager mobile number will be in the information pack and final details attachments which will be sent to your email address directly. The manager mobile number is also in the paper copy of the Information Pack, which is in the villa.

We are sorry that the villa was not up to standard inside. We are busy fixing these shortcomings, and trust that all future guests will enjoy improved standards from now on. We are glad the pool area was pleasing. We have just had the pool completely tiled, with roman steps to help people access the pool easily.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
