Parys Villas is consisted of Villas with private swimming pools and Apartments (one of which also features a private swimming pool). The property is located in a tranquil setting surrounded by olive groves and scenic countryside high on the hilltop of Akrotiri on the east coast of the island and only some minutes away from Zakynthos Town.

The Two-Storey Stone Villa with a private pool has a size of 100 sqm and is a great choice for a relaxing vacation in Zakynthos (Zante). Each villa is situated in a 300sqm private plot full of olive groves, while its surroundings can be transformed into a "natural playground" ideal for children and why not grown ups.

On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a lounge with fireplace and handmade Vetetian style furniture and a bathroom with shower. The lounge and kitchen doors open to a large wooden decked veranda overlooking the swimming pool and enjoying lovely views of the surrounding nature. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also available. The inner stairs lead to the first, attic type, floor where guests will find 2 bedrooms and a separate utility area. The master bedroom is fitted with a handcrafted cast iron king size bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. The utility area is equipped with all necessary ironing facilities and a washing machine.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned, while each villas offers its own parking area. Free Wi-Fi is available to all areas.

*This type of accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons, as the 2 extra guests can sleep on the double sofa bed located in the living room (there is an extra charge on the room price for the 5th and the 6th person). A baby cot can be offered free of charge upon request and availability.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Petros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
