60 SECONDS LEVEL WALK FROM THE BEACH TO THE PROPERTY. This lovely 2 bedroom holiday bungalow with fabulous sea and countryside views is located in this beautiful forgotten valley of outstanding natural beauty on the South East Coast of Cornwall approximately 1.5 miles from the picturesque fishing town of Looe. The bungalow was newly refurbished for 2019 with a brand new contemporary white gloss kitchen and new flooring in the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and 4 slice toaster and kettle. Eve Memory Mattresses on the single beds and Clouds Memory mattress on the double bed provide a sumptuous, relaxing lump free sleep. The kitchen is finished in contemporary white gloss and has an oven and hob both electric.The garden has decking with a table, 4 chairs . The sea can be heard from the bedroom at the front which has the double bed if the window is left open at night giving a beautiful relaxing sleep. The beach Café is literally on the beach. You can enjoy scrumptious quality food and drink and in addition the café operates a takeaway selling chips, burgers, sandwiches, ice creams and hot and cold drinks. There is also a fantastic Beach Bar set on the hillside and has stunning views over the beach and out to sea.

FACILITIES INCLUDE 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Lounge/kitchen/diner. Sky TV with Sky Entertainment package and WIFI. Bathroom with bath toilet wash basin with shower over bath and glass shower screen. Private Garden with decking and table 4 chairs and parasol. Parking space in communal car park with level access to the bungalow and Level access to the beach which is a 1 minute walk away. Kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc. Washing machine, fridge with freezer box, oven and electric hob. 1 ki I’m ng size duvet and 2 single duvets and 8 pillows are provided however bed linen is NOT provided you will need to bring your own we do though provide towels, tea towel and bath mat. Electric is via a card meter we provide the first £10 of electricity for stays 4 days and over which is usually more than enough for 1 week, 3 day stays we provide £5 of electricity . additional cards can be bought onsite from the machine next to the Site Office 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Recent improvements have started in this stunning forgotten valley with a 50 million project underway. The developer has stated that much of the work will be out of season and as yet there has been minimal disruption if any. The price for our bungalow however more than reflects this. However there is a dog restriction on the beach from 1st May to 31st October dogs allowed before 9am and after 6pm however you can walk your dog on the jetty at low tide then rock hop to the deserted East Beach which has no dog ban whatsoever. Plaidy Beach which is the next beach down along the coast path also has no dog ban.

New for 2021 there is now automatic number plate recognition parking in place.There is a £20 fee for the week or £40 for the month, tickets are available on arrival from the ticket machines.

Glad the bungalow was nice & clean, as for the garden we are not responsible for the upkeep but we do what we can. There was no rubbish we leave the body boards & other beach amusements for other children to use etc. As for the cushions people leave them out & they get wet then there ruined..Been so close to the sea dosnt help.
