This modern detached top floor apartment, located in an enviable frontline position offers stunning views across Albufeira's marina. It has a luxury and cool interior with a large bedroom with two single beds and a large living room with a double sofa bed, both have balconies with a unique view for all the marina´s complex. In the apartment there are also a fully furnished kitchen where you can find everything you need and a bathroom.Outside - Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end approx. 1.5 meter deep and deep end approx. 3 meter deep, pool side shower and toilet. The apartment is very secure with gated entrance to each block, videophone access to the apartment and 24 hour onsite security on all floors, garage and pool area for your safety (security included in rental). Choose from the outdoor parking or parking bay in secured underground garage.KITCHEN: Equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, glass topped hob extractor fan, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, window overlooking swimming pool and Marina.The apartment is in the heart of the Marina Albufeira with direct access to all amenities and the bustle of old town and the strip only 10/15 minutes walk away if desired. There is a supermarket within a few yards or big stores is a few minutes' drive away. Albufeira Marina offers daily cruises including a trip on a Pirate Ship, dolphins watch, big game fishing and bbq sunset cruises Bouncy castles, mini golf, bike and trike hire, or have a go on a Segway - the marina's long promenade is perfect for this novel form of transport! This is a fantastic location to keep all the children (both young and old!) entertained. Also situated at the marina is 'Hot Wheels Raceway' the Algarve's fastest karting track with 400m of track, wicked corners and stretches for fun and fast karting. Various events such as fairs and other traditional Festivals held throughout the summer months. There are many Restaurants on the marina; tantalise with traditional Portuguese cuisine, Italian, fish, sushi and seafood. Just around the corner from the marina is the fishing port and lovely view of Albufeira across the bay. Taxi rank is sited on the marina with local bus services and touristic train run every 30 minutes are within yards of the apartment.Maid service, gas, water and electricity charges are included in the weekly rental prices. Linen towels and beach towels are also provided. No smoking in the apartment but ok outside on the balcony. Pets not allowed.Rates are quoted for the apartment and not per person. Apartment will be ready for occupancy at 14.30 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment

Fantastic stay in this gorgeous apartment. Lovely walk into Old Town but also great bars and restaurants on your doorsetep at the marina. Would definitely go back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rui Serodio (the owner) a message.

If Rui Serodio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
