Superb Holiday Villa with private pool and beautiful garden in Denia.

Situated in a very sought after residential area, surrounded by orange groves on both sides, you will find our 4 bedroom villa just 1500 metres from Denia's sandy beaches. The villa is situated on a 2000 m2 plot, fully fenced in, has a 5,5 by 11.5 metre pool with attached children's pool and a private covered car park for two cars. The villa sleeps 8 persons in its 4 double bedrooms. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, wireless internet, satellite flatscreen tv´s (3) that also play films through usb. To the centre of Denia it is 5 km, and the village of La Jara already has a large supermarket, pharmacy and bakery for all your daily needs just 3 minutes from the villa.

The villa:

55m2 living room with flat screen TV, CD-DVD-DIVX player, with a large selection of films, large teak dining table and chairs.

Office with desk, computer (Wi-Fi access with your own computer available)

2x 10m2 bedroom, one double bedroom (150x200), one with 2 single beds (90x200)

1x 25m2 double bedroom (180x200) with own entrance (not connected to the house) and own bathroom with shower, wash stand and toilet

1x 30m2 master bedroom with King size size bed (180x210) on first floor with incredible views of the orange groves and the sea with flat screen satellite TV. Own bathroom with shower, wash stand and toilet.

Two more bathrooms on ground floor level, one with bath/shower, toilet and wash stand and the other with shower, wash stand and toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker (Filter coffee or Senseo), toaster, blender, gas cooker, refrigerator.

Very important is that guests in this villa have to like cats because over the years the owners have adopted 2! You do not have to allow them in the house if you don't want to, but they need to be fed outside twice a day. Food will be provided. If you like cats, you will love these! They are very friendly and cuddly, used to children and never have scratched anyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DIANA (the owner) a message.

If DIANA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
