From the owner

Beautifully renovated five cone Trullo situated in large grounds with a private pool on an elevated site offering fabulous 360 degree views of the Itria valley. Inside the property boasts three double bedroom, three bathrooms as well as a snug with a sofa bed so as to accommodate up to 8 people There is a large living/dining/kitchen area with TV and free Wifi. Outside is a 10x5m private swimming pool with shaded seating. There is also a shading dining area with stone dining table and outdoor kitchenette with BBQ, pizza oven and drinks fridge for comfortable al fresco dining. There is a low dry stone wall surrounding the pool area giving added security for groups with young families. The trullo is centrally located between the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello, Martina Franca and Locorotondo. If you can steal yourself away from the swimming pool, there is plenty to explore in the area and beaches on both the Adriatic and the Ionian coasts are just a 45 minute drive away.

Why can't I call Rosamund (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosamund (the owner) a message.

If Rosamund (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
