Cosy stone holiday cottage with sea views great for families just four minutes walk to the beach at Church Bay Anglesey. This self catering accommodation is luxuriously appointed with oak floors, oak doors, and oak kitchen with granite worktops and squashy leather sofa in the living room facing a log fire stove. It's a great place for children with a secure large lawned garden and large patio area. All the accommodation is on the ground floor so a good place for extended family holidays with a large superking bedroom with sea views, a twin and a double with en-suite also with sea views, plus large family bathroom.

The bright open plan sitting room has a dining area with patio doors opening up onto the patio with sea views, it has underfloor heating throughout so it's always cosy - a fabulous place to just sit an watch the sea or to keep an eye on the children playing outside.

Dogs are welcome subject to the terms on our booking form, there is an additional charge for them of £26 per dog per stay this should be notified to us on booking and we will amend the quote accordingly.

Sorry you were disappointed - shame you didn't mention anything about it whilst you were here as we prefer to remedy any issues whilst guests are staying. This is a self catering property and we make it clear on the booking form what we do and don't provide. Apologies that the instruction booklets had gone missing and thank you for the suggestion of the coat hooks, we'll take that up. The recycyling is emptied every Tuesday, we can't change that so they would have been empty by Weds. This is the first time that the bed has been mentioned - any other mentions and we change mattresses - every one else has remarked how comfortable the bed is. There was also a double bed which you could have used if you had wished to use it as well as two single beds - I made all beds up for you so you could choose. Wifi service I can't do anything about as it's a rural area - we don't have superfast broadband I'm afraid. The bath drain wasn't blocked - I'd had plumbers in just 2 days before you arrived and all traps were cleared as the drainage was slow, however again, had you actually mentioned it I would have asked them to look again, light bulbs go - again if you'd mentioned it during your stay I could have remedied it within a few minutes, same with instructions books - I cleaned the bath myself after you had gone and whilst it was slow that's just the route it has to take, it cleared within an acceptable time. Why can't I call Karen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Karen (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
